Ladies and Gentlemen,
due to responsibilities stemming from the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as: “GDPR”, we would like to convey basic information about the way in which we use the collected personal data.
Personal Data Controller
The Controller of personal data of people indicated below is the Orchestra of the Royal Capital City of Krakow Sinfonietta Cracovia with its seat in Krakow, address: ul. W. Łokietka 14, 30-010 Kraków, entered into the register of cultural institutions of the Krakow Commune under the number 17, NIP: 9451433094, REGON: 350736017, tel. +48 (12) 416 70 75, fax. +48 (12) 416 70 78, e-mail: office@sinfoniettacracovia.com, hereinafter referred to as the „Controller”.

For the proper compliance with the rules of personal data protection, the Controller appointed the Personal Data Inspector and the following contact point for the persons whose data are concerned: Inspektor Ochrony Danych, Orkiestra Stołecznego Królewskiego Miasta Krakowa Sinfonietta Cracovia, ul. Data
Data you provided will be processed by us only in the scope necessary to enable your participation in the concert we organise.
Purpose
The Controller processes your personal data exclusively on the basis of the law and for strictly determined purposes, i.e. for the purpose of the execution of the application to participate in the concert organised by the Controller.
Recipients
The recipients of the personal data you submitted are suppliers of goods and services necessary for the performance of the abovementioned purposes, as well as the entities authorised on the basis of the provisions of law, including state bodies.
Duration of storing personal data
Your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent.
Rights
You have the right to access the content of your personal data, and the right to their amendment, as well as their removal, or limiting their processing, and the right to transfer data. You have the right to withdraw the given consent at any time, and the withdrawal of the consent can be done through unilateral declaration, and it does not affect the legality of the processing executed on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Automated decision-making
Personal data processed on the basis of this consent shall not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Submission of data is voluntary, however refusal to submit them will make it impossible to make the application and obtain the concert ticket.
Transferring personal data to third countries
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Legal basis
The legal basis for the personal data processing is Art. 6 sec. 1 letter a) of GDPR.

Notwithstanding the posting of the aforementioned information clauses on the website, the Controller shall implement the information obligations under the GDPR on a continuous basis in direct contact with the data subjects.
