Agata Grabowiecka
Culture manager with many years of experience in execution of various musical projects in Poland and abroad. Since 2009 she had been working with the Krakow Festival Office where she had been managing the musical division of the institution. She led the musical and programming team that organised huge symphonic concerts and flagship festivals in Krakow, e.g. Misteria Paschalia, Opera Rara, Sacrum Profanum, ICE Classic, as well as concerts abroad. Since the second edition of the Krakow Film Music Festival she had been responsible for its artistic formula, co-creating the programme, coordinating the festival, building a network of partnerships, negotiations and booking.
Graduate of political science (specialisation in journalism) at the Jagiellonian University. She started her professional career in PR agencies in Warsaw, including Headlines Porter Novelli doing projects for Warner Bros. Poland. She also worked in a local radio station as a reporter. Holder of the scholarship for culture managers in Berlin and member of the World Soundtrack Academy. Since 2021 she has been the director of the Orchestra of the Royal Capital City of Krakow Sinfonietta Cracovia.
Katarzyna Tomala-Jedynak

Graduate of Symphonic and Orchestra Conducting at the Karol Lipiński Academy of Music (2013) and post-graduate studies in the management of cultural institution at the Wroclaw University of Economics and Business (2019). She honed her conducting skills during masterclasses with Jin Wang, Jorma Panula, Sian Edwards, Mark Heron, Tadeusz Strugała, Gabriela Chmura, and Rafał Delekta. Her repertoire includes symphonic, chamber music, opera, operetta, ballet, as well as film music and musicals.
In 2014/2015 season she was the resident conductor of the Beethoven Academy Orchestra (within the programme of the Institute of Music and Dance). In 2015, she began regular cooperation with Teatr Wielki in Poznan. In 2017 she was among the five international scholarship holders of the prestigious Dartington International Summer School programme. In 2021, she was awarded the Jan Kiepura Theatre Music Award in the category “best conductor”. Moreover, she conducted numerous ensembles in Poland and abroad, collaborating with eminent soloists and leading festivals. One of the major aspects of the artist’s activities is popularization of classical music and taking part in educational projects that promote participation in cultural life.
